Two individuals who appear to be teenagers damaged Halloween decorations and kicked front doors at multiple homes in a north Phoenix neighborhood last Sunday. Security camera footage shows a silver SUV arriving at the residence of Suzie, a local resident, at 1:00 a.m. Two figures exited the vehicle and proceeded to tackle, kick, and throw decorations across her yard. The incident was captured on her home security system.

Suzie shared the video on the neighborhood platform Nextdoor, prompting immediate responses from others who experienced similar events that night. Keri, who lives five minutes north of Suzie, reported that the same group arrived at her home approximately 30 minutes later. According to Keri, the teenagers ended their visit by kicking her front door. She noted that she felt less isolated after seeing others report identical damage.

The residents describe the activity as a recurring problem in the area. Suzie stated that the behavior happens too often and expressed a desire for it to stop. She also voiced concern that someone might eventually get hurt. Keri questioned why children were out destroying property at 1:00 a.m., describing herself as feeling violated by the intrusion.

This incident follows a similar event in the same area last month. Police accused a 14-year-old of causing $10,000 in damage while participating in a TikTok door kick challenge. The previous incident involved a single individual, whereas the latest reports suggest a coordinated effort by a group. Both current victims have filed reports with Phoenix police.

Phoenix police are currently investigating the series of property damage incidents. The department has asked anyone with information to come forward. The area near 40th Street and Thunderbird has become a focal point for these reports, with neighbors connecting the recent nighttime visits to a specific pattern of behavior.

The damage to Suzie’s property included Halloween decorations scattered across her yard. At Keri’s home, the physical impact was directed at the entryway, with the front door taking a direct hit. The timing of the visits, spaced roughly 30 minutes apart, suggests the group moved systematically through the neighborhood.

Residents are now watching for the same silver SUV. The two teenagers remained unidentified in the initial camera footage. Police have not yet released a description of the suspects beyond their apparent age and the vehicle they used. The investigation remains active as the department gathers more evidence from the neighborhood.
