Edward Eisenhard, a 38-year-old resident of Springfield Township, faces three separate sexual assault charges following a review by the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. District Attorney Joe Khan identified Eisenhard as a repeat offender during a briefing on Tuesday. The charges stem from alleged incidents involving two female employees and a young girl in the local area.
One alleged assault took place at Valley of Fear, a Halloween attraction in Lower Southampton Township. Prosecutors stated that Eisenhard, who worked as a supervisor there, choked and pinned a 38-year-old employee against a wall. Khan said Eisenhard grabbed the woman during her lunch break and touched her without consent until his break ended. The attraction fired Eisenhard the day before his arrest in a separate case. An attorney for the business declined to comment on the allegations.
Eisenhard also faces charges related to an incident at a Five Below store in Souderton. He allegedly assaulted a 19-year-old employee in a stockroom while serving as a manager. Khan described the behavior as opportunistic. Authorities first arrested Eisenhard in connection with the Five Below incident three weeks ago. At that time, detectives were unaware of the alleged assault at the haunted attraction. Investigators later learned that Eisenhard had been terminated from Valley of Fear just before that first arrest.
The third case involves a 12-year-old girl in Springfield Township. Prosecutors allege Eisenhard assaulted her in December 2025 and again around the time of his recent arrest. Eisenhard previously served as a volunteer firefighter in the area. Khan stated that the district attorney's office is seeking additional victims who may have been targeted by Eisenhard. Detectives can be reached at 215-348-6345.
Prosecutors plan to request that a judge deny bail for Eisenhard. The office argues he poses a danger to the community while awaiting trial. Khan described Eisenhard as a highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender. The office encouraged potential victims to contact investigators to ensure they are heard in the proceedings.
